Michelle Luehman, has worked in Asia for 16 years and has had a varied career in the training and development arena, as well as working as a Country Manager and Regional Director in the Asia Pacific and globally for different multinationals. She is an accomplished facilitator and professional trainer with 18 years experience in training design and delivery in the private and public sectors.

Michelle specializes in the Service, IT, Banking, Manufacturing and Retail sectors of the market. She has delivered training programs, workshops and developed training manuals for many of the world’s most eminent companies, customers include Coles Myer, Cathay Pacific, Qantas, Microsoft, Accenture, Unilever, Carrefour, DBS – Vickers, OCBC bank, Starhub, SPH Media and Phillips.

Having combined a training and development career with line management and HR, she knows from a personal experience the mistakes you can make in talent management and sourcing and how crucial it is to ensure that you actively stay on top of the needs of the organisation and what is happening in the market place.

Her classes are highly interactive, fun and informative, full of the latest information and techniques and she makes sure that everyone participates learns and walks away with practical skills they can apply on the job.

Michelle has a Post Graduate in Management and a Bachelor in Science.

A dynamic coach, facilitator and trainer, Amine Delage boasts a rich multi-cultural and diverse international business background.

Based in Singapore with over 20 years of business experience, nearly half of his time was devoted to individual and team coaching for high performance, leadership development, communication and performance management. Amine works with senior executives on key strategic projects helping them to understand and manage the human side of change.

He has designed and delivered a wide variety of programmes such as: service quality management, conflict management, train the trainer, professional presentation skills, People and performance for managers and appraisal interview for development. He has worked across continents from the Americas, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia helping managers and teams add value to their productivity and profitability.

In 2007, Amine left his position as Regional Training and Development Manager Asia-Pacific at Club Med to pursue his love of sharing experiences with individuals and organisations. Amine holds an MBA in Hospitality & Tourism Management and BA Human Resources.

Haridas Ramadas (Hari) is the Founder & CEO of HRSINGAPORE^®. An experienced trainer and consultant in Human Resource Management and Communication skills, Hari has worked in Singapore and overseas in the banking, trading and service industries and has 18 years experience in training and consulting.

His experience includes conducting public programmes, as well as in-house programmes for GMP, KLM Cargo, Pan United, Courts, Centrepoint Properties, Humming House, Brunei Shell, CPF Board and MINDEF.

Born and bred in Singapore, Hari holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Singapore and a Diploma in Education from the National University of Singapore.

He personally designs and delivers workshops on Performance Management, Hiring Star Employees, Writing Skills for Human Resource Practitioners and consults with companies on Performance Management as well as Redundancy and Retrenchment.
