This is a 6-day course that will prepare those who are interested to design, develop, evaluate, assess and deliver corporate training programmes.

At the end of the 6-day programme, you will acquire the competencies to assess learning needs, design and develop learning materials to conduct different types of training activities and deliver training.

This course is designed to be interactive, incorporating practical exercises, assessments and a range of training techniques to facilitate the learning process.
