Consultant
Dr Wong Wee Chwee holds an MBA from the Brunel University, West
London and a Doctorate degree in Education (specializing in Human Resource
Development) from the George Washington University, USA.
He spent 14 years with the Ministry of Home Affairs as a senior civil
servant before joining the private sector. He has more than 18 years experience
as a senior Human Resource professional, and has been the HR Director
of several leading multi-national corporations with global presence, including
China.
Dr Wong Wee Chwee is a qualified assessor for the Malcolm Baldridge assessment
process and a recognized trainer and consultant in Human Resource Management,
Action Learning, Leadership and Change Management. He is also a professional
member of the International 'Who is Who'. He has presented seminar papers
on teams, strategic HR management, leadership, change management and learning
organizations in Indonesia, China and Singapore. He regularly conducts
public workshops, seminars and customized in-house programs for senior
executives of private and public organizations. He also specializes in
training HR practitioners and senior executives to become effective presenters,
speakers and facilitators.
Dr Wong Wee Chwee has also been an lecturer for the last ten years and
is currently an associate lecturer/trainer with the several institutes.
He also lectures in the Master's and Bachelor's degree programs as well
as diploma programs.
