Dr. Alvin Oh is currently responsible as Director of Global Learning & Development of a US$1.6b manufacturing MNC and has similar experiences with the financial sector and service-related industries.

He was a consultant with Arthur Andersen and has held senior corporate Human Resource Development positions since 1997. He is also a regular speaker at seminars on topics relating to Organizational Development and Learning and lectures on Management & Organizations, Human Resource Development (HRD) at the Universities.

Alvin also conducts many in-house training in 'Management & Leadership Development', 'Organizational Effectiveness' and Human Capital Development'.

Well qualified with a PhD in Education, a Masters degree in Training & Development and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management (Hons), Alvin is also a Certified Human Behaviour Analyst with certifications in a suite of psychometrics and possess post-qualifying practice graduate Diploma in Law from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
