Relevant and Effective Learning is the key in meeting the Organization’s Strategic Goals and Directions. Therefore it is important for HR practitioners to be able to identify the key learning programs required to meet the organization Gaps and Competencies.

A structured and systematic approach in identifying Training Needs of the Staff and Department will greatly contribute to bridging the Gaps and Competencies of the various staff roles.

With the system in place, HR Practitioners will be able to prepare a comprehensive HR Master Plan in meeting the Organization's Growth and Changes.
