Chia Weng Lee is a professional facilitator who has trained participants across Asia Pacific in Hong Kong, China, Japan, India, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to his present role, he has 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Consulting across Asia Pacific spanning the Public Sector, Executive Search, Banking, Management Consulting, Chemicals and FMCG industries.

His last corporate position was as Human Resources Director for Pernod Ricard in China. His extensive specialisation includes Human Resources Management, Organisation Development, Talent Management, Career Management, Productivity and Quality.

Weng Lee has a Master of Business Administration specialising in Human Resources Management and Consultancy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology. He is also a certified Personal Branding and Career Strategist with the Reach Communications Consulting, Inc. He also received a "HR Leadership" award from the World HRD congress in 2006.
