Haridas Ramadas (Hari) is the Founder & CEO of HRSINGAPORE and past Vice President of HRD Gateway Sdn Bhd. An experienced trainer and consultant in Human Resource Management and Communication skills, Hari has worked in Singapore and overseas in the banking, trading and service industries and has 18 years experience in training and consulting.

His experience includes conducting public programmes, as well as in-house programmes for GMP, KLM Cargo, Pan United, Courts, Centrepoint Properties, Humming House, Brunei Shell, CPF Board and MINDEF.

Born and bred in Singapore, Hari holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Singapore and a Diploma in Education from the National University of Singapore.

He personally designs and delivers workshops on Performance Management, Hiring Star Employees, Writing Skills for Human Resource Practitioners and consults with companies on Performance Management as well as Redundancy and Retrenchment.
