He has consulted for Housing and Development Board, National Environment Agency, Motorola University, Motorola Electronics, Mobil Oil Singapore, Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF), Singapore Science Discovery Centre, Tan Tock Seng, Hospital, National University Hospital, NHG College, Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP), Service Quality Centre (SQ), Nevilleclarke Consultancy (NCS) and Singtel. Allan holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development degree from the University of Hull, U K, and an Advanced Diploma in Instructional/Curriculum Design Technology (Distinction) from Motorola University (USA) and Florida State University (USA) amongst others. Allan’s
easy going personality and cheerful disposition, coupled with his experience
in organizational training and consulting, he is able to offer realistic
insights that would help institutions and individuals to gear themselves
