Objectives
In this workshop participants will:
1. Understanding the legal inferences of HR department communications
2. Preparing 4 types of sensitive correspondence e.g. warning letters
3. Drafting 3 kinds HR policies, procedures and rules e.g termination
4. Communicate sensitive or bad news e.g. Mergers
5. Draft HR policies e.g. Retrenchment, H1N1
Outline
During this workshop participants will actively learn:
1. Linking words
2. Kinds of HR policies
3. Features of HR policies e.g. Rationale
4. Writing styles
5. Using positive statements.
Who should attend
HR or Non HR Managers, Supervisors, Officers and Executives required to write on a
regular basis and have the responsibility for correspondence originating from the
Human Resource Function.
