PERFORMANCE COACHING SERVICE

Performance coaching is about improving the performance of an organization. It has the potential to deliver tangible benefits to both the organization and its individuals. Coaches focusing on performance formulate models to highlight problems, and to structure solutions.

The Process of Performance Coaching

A coaching process would entail the following steps:

1. Enrolment of the company

The coach meets with the company to understand the background of the situation and to determine objectives and outcome - measurement of success.


2. Building the relationship and developing the plan

The coach meets with the company employees to establish the working relationship and to develop the plan.


3. Coaching to the Development Plan

The coach works with the company employees to ensure the goals are being achieved, that learning is ongoing and that any new issues are being dealt with effectively.


4. Outcome of Development Plan

The company employee presents the outcome of the Development Plan to the company, with the coach in attendance.
