SETTING UP AN HR DEPARTMENT

This service is aimed at SMEs looking at formalising existing practices by putting in place systems, methods and procedures. It is also for organisations looking at reviewing their current HR processes to ensure the latter are within the ambit of the employment law and regulations.

The scope of the job will be decided by the client in consultation with our consultant(s). We will help you develop your HR strategic business plan.
