Human Resource Managers require a special range of skills to keep the balance of people and performance within an organization. As the range of services and the complexities of the roles increase, so do the required skills of the Human Resource Manager.

Human resource managers must be able to undertake their specialist role and be able to balance the needs of the organization against the rigors of government compliance and market forces.

This one day program is aimed at equipping human resource managers with the personal and professional skills to fulfill this complex role. We look at the skill sets that set the HR professionals apart from other professional roles within the business.
