The Labour Code of Vietnam was passed in June 1994, and was amended several times (April 2002, November 2006, April 2007, and recently in 2011). Not only the Labour Code, a number of Decrees, ministerial Circulars and Decisions, provincial Decisions and Guidelines, the Law of Social Insurance, create a uniform legal framework.

This programme aims to provide the participants with the fundamentals and practice of dealing or handling with employment matters in Vietnam.
