Mr. Anthony A. Mariano has 20 years experience in human resources and administration in the Philippines. As head of the management panel, Mr. Mariano has successfully negotiated at least ten collective bargaining agreements with the unions under the umbrella of the conglomerate he works for.

As part of his work, he coordinates the implementation of policies, programs, systems, procedures, and rules and regulations of the Company, administers disciplinary measures, handles and attends to all employer-employee concerns, including negotiations for collective bargaining agreements; and coordinates all human resources matters.

Anthony has a Bachelor of Arts, from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines.
