Robin Robbins has extensive experience in the area of people development and has worked across all disciplines and in a wide range of sectors including consumer goods, research and development, chemicals, the beverage industry and engineering.

He has held senior positions as the Head of Human Resources for the Research Laboratories of Unilever in India, and as Head of Sales Training for Hindustan Lever, a company with turnover of US$ 2.5 billion in India.

Robin graduated from St. Xavier’s College Calcutta and has post graduate qualifications in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI – a leading Business Management School in India.
