Handling Workplace Harassment

Introduction

Everyone would like to work in a place where colleagues respect each other, have fun, and reach their optimal level of teamwork and productivity. Yet, sadly, enduring stereotypes of gender, race, ethnic and social groups sometimes interfere with workplace harmony. Specific legislation governs questionable workplace conduct in many countries. But the situation in Singapore is less clear.

The purpose of this 1-day workshop is to examine the need for company policy on workplace harassment. It also highlights processes in place to address harassment issues.
