Trainer

This training programme will be conducted by Dr. David Ong who has conducted training over the last twenty years to both the statutory boards and the corporate sectors. He also conducts seminars and workshops across the region.

David was a Principle Instructor, Chief Assessor cum People Developer Officer with Air Engineering Training Institute. He headed the Institute's Instructional Techniques and Instructor Skills Package Programs. His job responsibilities include training, developing and upgrading all instructors of the Republic of Singapore Air Force.

Currently, he is a Learning and Development Consultant for many MNCs partnering them in identifying, crafting, planning, implementing and Evaluating their Organization's Learning and Development.

David graduated with a Doctorate in Education, Masters in Psychology (Counseling), and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Development and Management. He also holds professional Diplomas in Training and Development. Instructional Techniques and Design from both Singapore and Australia Air Forces.
