Rodney Woulfe is a Counselor who brings over ten years of experience in the designing and facilitation of programs in the areas of personal effectiveness. The uniqueness of his programs comes from his use of Psychosynthesis and Energy Psychology methodologies in the design of his programs.

The primary focus of his programs deals with helping individuals identify and overcome their limiting beliefs which get in the way of living more effective and satisfying lives, be it at work or in their personal lives.

In the corporate area, he specializes in personal and team development, managerial and leadership effectiveness. Rodney offers Counseling to staff and Personal Coaching to Managers and Leaders.

Rodney has a Diploma in Education (Physical), a BSc (App.) (Rec), an MBA in Training and Development, a Masters degree in Counseling. He is also a certified Emotinal Intelligence trainer and an Advanced EFT practitioner.
