Key Responsibilities:
Supporting marketing campaigns, events and activities
Promote company products and services
Prepare presentation materials
Perform market competitors’ analysis
Sourcing for new business opportunities
Service existing corporate clients and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Diploma or GCE "A' Levels
Willing to learn and a team player
Good computer, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

2. Secretary (Contract / Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
Schedules appointments and arrange travel schedule and reservations
Prepare some correspondence and compile reports
Assist in general office administration
Perform other ad-hoc admin/secretarial duties as required
Requirements:
Diploma or GCE "A' / "O" Levels
Sound computer skills & a team player
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills essential
3. Administrative Officer (Contract/Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration
Assist in event co-ordination and preparation of marketing brochures
Database development and management
Perform other ad-hoc admin duties as required by the Company's Management
Requirements:
Diploma or GCE "A' / "O" Levels
Sound computer skills & a team player
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills essential
Customer service oriented personality
4. Telemarketing Officer (Contract)
Key Responsibilities:
Market company products and services through the phone
Source for new business opportunities
Gather market information
Service existing and new corporate clients
Requirements:
Positive attitude, pleasant personality and good phone skills
Customer focused and service oriented personality
Good spoken English
