Simon
Lee is a leader in the cutting-edge field of corporate coaching.
He draws on his 25 years of corporate experience to help senior leaders,
executives, business owners and teams increase their effectiveness by
using solution-focused coaching as a development tool to drive business
results.
Simon's extensive and broad-based corporate experience spreads across the
Information Technology, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Storage and Services Industries.
Some of his senior level leadership roles included being Asia Pacific Director of Engineering
at Quantum Corporation, Head of Customer Services for Knight Ridder Financials and Lucent
Technologies in Asia and Country Services Manager at NCR Singapore and Digital Equipment Singapore.
He has proven experience in customizing coaching programs with his usual trade-mark
approach of combining experiential and action learning approaches when delivering programs in
solutions-focused seminars, team coaching, and one-on-one executive coaching, utilizing the
latest in coaching technologies.
His recent and current clients include sectors such as Airlines, Banking, Chemical,
Construction, Education, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Government, IT &
Computer Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Power, Telecommunication, TV Media

Simon earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business (International Marketing)
from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. He is the 1st Vice President of the International
Coach Federation, Singapore Chapter and a founding member of the International Association of
Coaches.
He has represented Singapore's coaching community at international coaching conferences
in Australia, Canada, Europe and USA. He graduated from Coach University, Corporate Coach
University, Coachville and the Academy of Solution Focused Training. He is accredited by the
International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach and is a Certified Solution Focused
Practitioner (Canadian Council of Professional Certification).
He is also a Certified Behavioral Consultant and is qualified to administer the
SHL-OPQ32, DISC, TEAM, Stress Profiles, Extended- DISC instruments and the PREPARE /
ENRICH Inventory.
