Introduction

This Certified Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment) qualification course consists of five modules (7 days) and is designed to train and certify participants who need to perform various recruitment, staffing and placement activities, formulate recruitment strategies and resolve staffing issues.

As this CHRS (Recruitment) course covers the major elements of the recruitment function and it is skill based, participants will be certified as a Human Resource Specialist (Recruitment) upon successful completion of the course.

During this course, participants will learn to perform job analysis, evaluate recruitment needs, understand recruitment issues, workplace hiring practices and gain knowledge in effective staffing and recruitment strategies.
