Certification Certification will be awarded upon successfully completion of all the modules and passing of all the Competency-Based Assessments. Participants who are unable to complete the assessments successfully may be required to undergo company traineeship during or after the course. Designation Individuals who successfully completed the course and passed all Competency-Based Assessments are entitled to use the designation CHRA after their names.
