Haridas Ramadas (Hari) is the Founder & CEO of HRSINGAPORE® and past Vice President of HRD Gateway Sdn Bhd. An experienced trainer and consultant in Human Resource Management and Communication skills, Hari has worked in Singapore and overseas in the banking, trading and service industries and has 18 years experience in training and consulting.

His experience includes conducting public programmes, as well as in-house programmes for GMP, KLM Cargo, Pan United, Courts, Centrepoint Properties, Humming House, Brunei Shell, CPF Board and MINDEF.

Born and bred in Singapore, Hari holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Singapore and a Diploma in Education from the National University of Singapore.

He personally designs and delivers workshops on Performance Management, Hiring Star Employees, Writing Skills for Human Resource Practitioners and consults with companies on Performance Management as well as Redundancy and Retrenchment.


Jenny Au has 25 years of management experience in global environment for Human Resource Management, Customer Service, Sales Support and General Management. She held senior and middle management positions at SV Probe (HR Director), KLA-Tencor (Senior Regional HR Manager), Chartered Semiconductor (HR Section Manager), National Semiconductor (HR Administrator), Molex Singapore (General Administrator/Sales & Customer Service) & Management Consultant Services.

She has established herself as a highly experienced Human Resource Management Practitioner with hands-on experience including development and implementation on Human Resource Policies, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, Welfare & Orientation and Training & Development.

Jenny Au holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management, Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Advance Certificate in Management. She has also done part-time lecturing Certificate & Diploma levels in HRM. Apart from HRM specialization, Jenny has also conducted in-house programs for SME and MNC organizations in Customer-Service and Leadership.

Jenny also conducts the HRSINGAPORE® Developing Effective HR Policies for HR Professionals, Developing An Employee Handbook, Customer Service for HR Professionals and Payroll Administration workshops.


Theresa Lee is a HR consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach with more than 20 years of strategic yet hands on experiences both in Singapore as well as Asia. Prior to being a consultant she has held the positions of Director, General Manager, Senior General Manager and Managing Director of Human Resources in manufacturing, logistic, telecommunication, retail and trading companies. She is recognised as valued added business partner by her clients and is often commented to be an enlightening facilitator who can relate well to the participants’ work issues.

She specialises mainly on HR related topics such as competencies based recruitment and performance management, assessing and developing leadership. She trains and facilitated on programs like Managing HR In The New Era, Leaders as Change Agent, Optimising Human Capital, Leaders in Maximising Performance etc. Her internal and external clients include Micropolis, Siemen Nixdorf, SITI, Circle International, Popular, Federal Logistic, Carrefour (Shanghai), Airliquide (Shanghai), Broadway (Shanghai) and Karcher (Shanghai) and ZTE (Shanghai) etc.

She holds a Post graduate Diploma in Neurological Nursing, Human Resources Management and Human Resources Development and Management.


Joan Teo has over ten years of experience in areas of human resource development and its administration. Her experience includes programme development relating to training workshops, seminars and conferences.

She has helped numerous clients in identifying their in-house training needs and also coordinated numerous People Developer consultancy works leading to companies receiving the PD Awards. Her training experience includes conducting programmes on Training Administration, Event Management, Admin Writing Skills, Certified Human Resources Administrator (CHRA) etc. Joan holds a Master degree in Social Sciences (Applied Sociology), Bachelor of Arts (Communication and Sociology) and Certificate in Management Studies.


Othman L. Marican has over 25 years of experience in employment laws, industrial relations, promoting good labour-management relations practices and providing human resource management support to many varied local and multi-national corporations.

During the span of his career, at national level, Othman has been appointed as a Member - Skills Development Fund (SDF) Advisory Council and SDF Technical Committee for the Manufacturing Sector, National Productivity Board (NPB) Task Force on Job Hopping and National Productivity Awards Selection Committee among many others. He was also appointed as a Member of the National Wages Council (NWC) and Employee Panel Member of the Industrial Arbitration Court (IAC).

In the labour movement, Othman was also an elected Central Committee Member of the National Trades Union Congress and a founding member of one of Singapore's largest union - United Workers of Electronic and Electrical Industries (UWEEI).

He has in-depth knowledge of the Singapore industrial relations system and labour laws coupled with 15 years of lecturing experience in professional and learning institutions. Othman is currently Human Resource Manager of an MNC.


Michelle Luehman, has a post graduate in management and a bachelor in Science. She has worked in Asia for 14 years and has had a varied career in the training and development arena, as well as working as a Country Manager and Regional Director in the Asia Pacific and globally for different multinationals. In her roles she was responsible for the hiring and management of staff - project and permanent - as well as the development of key competencies and recruitment profiles. This background gives her a training a very practical edge.

She has worked in the Retail, Logistics, Services, IT, Airline and government services. In the government and private sectors she has developed a number of job assessment and job placement strategies and workshops. She has worked across the Region and has clients in many sectors, including the Banking and Education industries. She travels and works all over the Asia Pacific. Her strength is to deliver training which is practical, easily applied to everyday reality of staff management.

Her training, lecturing and presentation background is extensive and covers International Universities, Industry Forums and a range of well known and established training providers.
