During this workshop participants will:

2. Understand 12 uses of performance management e.g. career planning

3. Construct a competency-based appraised form

4. Manage staff performance with a 6 step plan e.g. addressing staff problems

5. Motivate demoralised staff using at least 9 culturally acceptable techniques e.g. accentuating the positive
