for more structure in the way they approach collective agreement negotiations.
The emphasis here is on good preparation, management alignment and cost
management rather than negotiating skills.

Trainer
Vernon Nunis is currently General Manager (Human Resources) at
a highly successful aerospace company. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science
(Political Science) degree from NUS and has more than 20 years experience
in human resources, with particular strengths in industrial relations
and performance management. He has negotiated and concluded more than
a dozen collective agreements.
