Admin Writing Skills Workshop

27 & 28 August 2008 - Bayview Hotel

This is an elementary workshop, particularly, useful for those who have just started working, and for those needing to brush up their written communication skills.

It focuses on functional writing and writing procedures for general administrative use.

Participants will learn techniques to draft commonly used written communications, such as routine responses, posting good news, communicating bad news, writing inter-departmental requests and also appealing for help or cooperation.
