List of Consultants Chia Weng Lee is a professional facilitator who has trained participants across Asia Pacific in Hong Kong, China, Japan, India, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to his present role, he has 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Consulting across Asia Pacific spanning the Public Sector, Executive Search, Banking, Management Consulting, Chemicals and FMCG industries. His last corporate position was as Human Resources Director for Pernod Ricard in China. His extensive specialisation includes Human Resources Management, Organisation Development, Talent Management, Career Management, Productivity and Quality. Weng Lee has a Master of Business Administration specialising in Human Resources Management and Consultancy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology. He is also a certified Personal Branding and Career Strategist and has received a "HR Leadership" award in 2006. Jenny Au holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management (Australia), Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and ACIM, CIM. She is also a Competent Communicator (Toastmasters International). She has 25 years of management experience in global environment for Human Resource Management, Customer Service, Sales Support and General Management. Jenny held senior and middle management positions at SV Probe (HR Director), KLA-Tencor (Senior Regional HR Manager), Chartered Semiconductor (HR Section Manager), National Semiconductor (HR Administrator), Molex Singapore (General Administrator/Sales & Customer Service). Received an award for Excellence in Sales and Service Support @ Molex International Seminar at West Palm Beach, USA & Management Consultant Services. Jenny has established herself as a highly experienced Human Resource Management Practitioner with hands-on experience including development and implementation on Human Resource Policies, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, Welfare & Orientation and Training & Development. She has also done part-time lecturing Certificate & Diploma levels in HRM. Apart from HRM specialization, Jenny has also conducted in-house programs for SME and MNC organizations in Customer-Service and Leadership. Elsie Low holds a Master in Business Administration (Finance), Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource and a Diploma in Accounting. Her expertise spans more than 25 years and covers different areas of Accounting, Finance, Human Resource and Business Development. Elsie was a Director with AnnAik Limited and was part of the team that helped to launch the Initial Public Offer (IPO) for the company. She also held several senior positions with Lam Research Singapore/Malaysia (HR Manager), Rotary Engineering Ltd (Group Human Resource Manager), Chubb-Federal Insurance Co Ltd in Hong Kong (Operations Manager), Sino Estate Services Ltd in Hong Kong (Financial Controller) and Reeds Elsevier/Cahners Expositon Group (Head, Accounts Dept and Personnel Manager). Elsie has handled a wide spectrum of Accounting/Finance functions such as budgeting, cash management, treasury Management, cost/financial accounting, financial analysis, Planning, credit management and procurement. In addition, she is involved in formulation of HR policies and procedures and strategies, recruitment, talent management, human resource development, compensation & benefits program, payroll administration and employee relations. She also helped in developing new businesses and securing project sales in her latter part of her career. Haridas Ramadas (Hari) is the Founder & CEO of HRSINGAPORE® and past Vice President of HRD Gateway Sdn Bhd. An experienced trainer and consultant in Human Resource Management and Communication skills, Hari has worked in Singapore and overseas in the banking, trading and service industries and has 18 years experience in training and consulting. His experience includes conducting public programmes, as well as in-house programmes for GMP, KLM Cargo, Pan United, Courts, Centrepoint Properties, Humming House, Brunei Shell, CPF Board and MINDEF. Born and bred in Singapore, Hari holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Singapore and a Diploma in Education from the National University of Singapore. He personally designs and delivers workshops on Performance Management,
Hiring Star Employees, Writing Skills for Human Resource Practitioners
and consults with companies on Performance Management as well as
