Trainer

David Ong is the Master Trainer of HRSINGAPORE^® PTE LTD.

He has extensive experience in Planning, Implementing, Monitoring and Evaluating OJT. He was the Principle Instructor with the Republic of Singapore Air Force for the last 17 years. One of his primary roles is to see through the effective carrying out of the OJT program for thousands of Technicians undergoing OJT program in the Air Force School.

Apart from his practical experiences, David also possesses a Master Degree in Psychology, Bachelor in Human Resources Management and a Professional Diploma in Training and Development. All this adds value in his role in training and developing the OJT trainees in the required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities and also inculcate in them the correct Attitudes, Beliefs and Values.

David has done training for companies locally and across the region that include Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Hong Kong, China and Indonesia.
