Structuring On-The-Job Training

Introduction

A well designed, implemented, and maintained structured on-the-job training (OJT) programme is the most efficient and effective way to train new employees or trainees. With structured OJT, any experienced employee can train new employees.

However, many supervisors who are burdened with their primary roles and responsibilities tend to conduct OJT in an unsystematic manner. Under such circumstances, supervisors may coach some trainees from time to time and leave others unattended and this will impair the primary purpose of providing effective OJT to the trainees.

The 1-day program is designed for Professionals, Executives and Training Supervisors who need to learn, refresh and review OJT programmes in their Organisation.
