Trainer
Chia Weng Lee is a professional facilitator who has trained participants
across Asia Pacific in Hong Kong, China, Japan, India, Vietnam, Malaysia
and Singapore. Prior to his present role, he has 15 years of experience
in Human Resources Management and Consulting across Asia Pacific spanning
the Public Sector, Executive Search, Banking, Management Consulting, Chemicals
and FMCG industries.
His last
corporate position was as Human Resources Director for Pernod Ricard in
China. His specialisation includes Human Resources Management, Organisation
Development, Productivity and Quality. In terms of education, he has a
Master of Business Administration specialising in Human Resources Management
and Consultancy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology.
