Introduction

This workshop will make you understand and translate Human Resource Strategy and improve the performance of the HR function as a business partner.

In this workshop participants will:

1. Understand how metrics is used in HR
2. How to develop a set of HR metrics
3. Review the applications of HR metrics
4. Translate HR strategies into action

2. Linkage between HR Strategy, Action and Metrics
3. HR Scorecard
4. Exercise in developing a set of HR metrics
5. Application of metrics in improving Manpower Productivity, Sales Productivity, HR Excellence and Talent Management & Development.

HR & Non HR directors, managers, officers and executives who deal with HR, organisation development, productivity and quality matters in their organisation.



Trainer

Chia Weng Lee is a professional facilitator who has trained participants across Asia Pacific in Hong Kong, China, Japan, India, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to his present role, he has 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Consulting across Asia Pacific spanning the Public Sector, Executive Search, Banking, Management Consulting, Chemicals and FMCG industries.

His last corporate position was as Human Resources Director for Pernod Ricard in China. His specialisation includes Human Resources Management, Organisation Development, Productivity and Quality. In terms of education, he has a Master of Business Administration specialising in Human Resources Management and Consultancy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology.
